Dr. Richard Dennis leads Saratoga Smiles as a fee-for-service practice, which means treatment decisions are driven by what’s best for your tooth — not by what an insurance contract reimburses. The result is unhurried planning, premium materials, and a conservative approach: we try to save your natural tooth first, and we’ll tell you honestly when treatment can wait.
Dr. Dennis welcomes new patients of all ages, and Saratoga Smiles regularly sees patients from Saratoga Springs, Wilton, Ballston Spa, Malta, Greenfield, and the surrounding Capital District.

Planning Your First Visit
Your first appointment is a comprehensive new-patient exam: a thorough oral health review, digital X-rays where appropriate, and an honest conversation about your goals. There is no pressure to commit to treatment on the spot. Many patients leave with a plan they take home to think over.
Please plan for about 60–90 minutes for your first visit. New-patient paperwork can be completed online ahead of time to save time at the office.
