Saratoga Smiles Dentistry SMS Program
Saratoga Smiles Dentistry (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates an SMS program to communicate with patients and prospective patients who have explicitly opted in. This page describes what to expect from our text messages.
What we send
- Appointment confirmations and reminders
- Scheduling assistance for consultations
- Information directly related to your inquiry (e.g., consultation prep, what to expect at your visit)
- Practice updates (e.g., schedule changes that affect you)
We do not send promotional marketing messages unless you have separately and explicitly consented to receive them.
How to opt in
You opt in by providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box on one of our Lead Forms or contact forms, including:
- Forms on saratogasmiles.com
- Meta Lead Forms attached to our Facebook or Instagram ads
- Verbal consent recorded at our office or during a phone call (where permitted by law)
Consent is not a condition of any purchase, treatment, or service we provide. You can request a consultation, schedule an appointment, or get information from us by phone or email without ever opting in to SMS.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any text message you receive from us. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further texts from our SMS program. You can also email info@saratogasmiles.com or call (518) 584-5060 to be removed.
The following keywords also stop messages: STOP, END, QUIT, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE.

Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our practice. You may receive a few messages around a consultation request, and only occasional messages otherwise. We do not send a fixed weekly or monthly cadence.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier and plan. Saratoga Smiles Dentistry does not charge for SMS messages — your carrier may.
Supported carriers
Our messages are supported on all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile, and Cricket. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
SMS provider
Our SMS messages are sent through Twilio, Inc., a third-party messaging provider, on our behalf. See our Privacy Policy for more on how Twilio handles your information.
Privacy
Information you send and receive via SMS is governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not sell phone numbers and we do not share them with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Changes
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The “Effective” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes that affect your opt-in status will be communicated to you by SMS or email.
